EVERYONE ON A TRIP TO AREZZO FOR THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL
3 days of marketplace for "the world in Arezzo Festival"
The festival just held in Arezzo for its 14th edition, called “The world in Arezzo 2018” is one of the biggest fair you can find here in Tuscany, and with all this people coming from all around the world, could we miss that ourselves? Of course not! We couldn’t miss this greedy opportunity. And here we come, jumping on a train that from Cortona Camucia take us to Arezzo in 20 min . From the train station it’s just 7 min walk to arrive to the principal square. The event is held every year in October from 14 years already and it’s promoted by Confcommercio e da Fiva (Italian Federation of street vendors) and this year it counted more than 340.000 visitors reaching the record of attendance. The operators where 260 in total of which 170 from 33 different countries and 90 locals. Arezzo for 3 days became an open market welcoming stands from all around the world and delighting the visitors with amazing, both exotic and local delicacies.
Once we arrived in Arezzo we take the opportunity to visit this amazing city. Although is not our first time in here for us it is always a unique experience. Arezzo is the perfect trip for the ones who are looking for somewhere to go on a beautiful day like this, for the ones who are looking for an interesting and fascinating city.
Arezzo a very ancient city and it’s been a centre of strategic importance during Roman times, with a significant artistic and cultural fulcrum able to leave the visitors fascinated by its beauty.
There’s a lot of things to do here around and the events calendar is always full of attractions.
One of the most interesting things to do here is for sure this world festival where we’ll be back to, next year certainly.
